How are you going to ensure my child’s safety?

Safety is a top priority for us. All of our leaders at camp have completed an extensive background check and child safety training. Each student will be placed in a small group with other students of the same grade and gender, along with a leader who will stay with them throughout the entire retreat. We will also have a licensed nurse on-site to assist with any medical needs and manage all student medications.

How will my student get to Fall Retreat?

Your student will ride on a girls-only or boys-only bus with peers their age. All buses are equipped with air conditioning and bathrooms for a comfortable trip.

Where will my student sleep at Fall Retreat?

Students will stay in dorms with others of the same grade and gender. Their small group leader will also be in the dorm with them to provide supervision.

Who is my student meeting with in small groups?

Students will meet in small groups with others of the same grade and gender, led by a trusted adult leader who will stay with them throughout the retreat.

What will my student learn at Fall Retreat?

Sessions will address identity in Christ, God’s design for relationships, boundaries, love, sex, and dating. We’ll use Scripture as our foundation and create space for honest conversations. All teaching will be Biblically based, age-appropriate, and shared in a respectful, safe environment. Students will also have time in small groups to process with trusted leaders. We’ll have Q&A moments, small group discussions, and leaders available throughout the weekend for one-on-one conversations.

What if my student has food allergies or dietary restrictions?
We are happy to accommodate food allergies and dietary needs. Please include that information during registration so we can work with the camp kitchen to ensure safe meals for your student.
What should I do if I need to contact my student while they are at Fall Retreat?
We want each student to have a distraction-free time, so they will not be allowed to bring their phones. If you need to contact your student when they do not have their phones, please contact their small group leader or our team can be reached at 419-778-9533.
Do you need a Fall Retreat sponsorship?
At Faith Church, our heart is that finances wouldn’t be the reason your student doesn’t attend camp. You may apply for a scholarship before October 31st, 2025. Limited scholarships are available and are not guaranteed. To apply click here.
What if I need to pick up my student early or drop them off late?
Please fill out this form if your student will be attending Fall Retreat by arriving late, leaving early, or being picked up/dropped off by someone other than a parent or church transportation.
